A Seminar for Anyone Who Wants to be in a Better relationship with themselves and another

The hardest thing a human being has to do is in his or her lifetime is  to open up his heart to himself.  We are so conditioned to succeed, accomplish, and achieve, we look for our loving outside of ourselves forgetting that the most valuable and priceless gift is opening one’s heart to one’s self.

How many of us dare to love ourselves unconditionally?  Accept ourselves?  Forgive ourselves?  Have com passion for our human process.  How many of us go to bed appreciating ourselves and being grateful rather than looking at our lack, and the things that didn’t get completed.  We look for approval and validation from outside sources, ignoring the greatest source which is inside, where indeed resides the most loving and supportive spirit that waits for us to open up our hearts to ourselves.  In this workshop we will explore how the fourteen qualities of the Greek archetypes can assist us to open up the doors and reveal to ourselves our own power, creativity, wisdom, and ability to be happy.  In this workshop we will use journal writing, interactive processes, guided meditations, and an exploration of how these archetypes live in us and can assist us in our process of feeling more complete and whole within ourselves. From that consciousness we can then create a great relationship with another simply because we don’t look to them for our fulfillment but for the sharing and caring and expanding
I believe that we are always in a relationship whether it is with ourselves or with another but when our relationship with ourselves is more solid our relationships with others  flow better and we have greater compassion for another simply because we have more compassion for ourselves.
